CHI Development Group’ is a UAE based development company founded by a group of highly successful Irish Property Developers.

The Group was formed out of a partnership with ‘O’Grady Construction’ who have a 30 year history of acquisition, design and construction of residential, retail and commercial developments in the western region of Ireland. The hallmark of O’Grady’s success has been the high standards of workmanship and attention to detail applied to every construction project.

The O’Grady’s and the associated Partners of CHI made the strategic decision to diversify outside the UK / Irish market due in part to the very strong economy of Ireland making development opportunities less attractive in that region. With the burgeoning economy of the Gulf region still at an early stage, it was felt opportune to relocate the energies into the United Arab Emirates; hence the formation of CHI Development Group.

CHI is specifically targeting ‘bespoke’ or smaller scale projects where more time can be afforded in worrying about the details and handling client’s specific affairs.

CHI’s review of the current regional market suggested that attention to Clients individual needs was not being addressed sufficiently and that this hole could be met with the right management structure.

CHI’s experience in the region provides an in-depth knowledge of the local market, consultants, labour, suppliers and logistics required to coordinate and manage any form of development project. We believe that this experience enhances our capability to deliver successful quality developments.

CHI includes an experienced management team who will liaise with and co-operate with Clients, and manage and coordinate a team of consultants, all of whom have worked together for some time and have forged substantial links and partnerships in the industry.

We will deal on behalf of the client with all parties to the project and relay the requirements and requests to site and essentially into the building. By forging a strong relationship with the client it enables us to satisfy his requirements, determine priorities and possible restraints and provide a building on programme, within budget and to a very high standard of quality.
