CHI Development Group Ltd has identified complimentary opportunities that are well within the capabilities of the Directors, and will provide both the presence and stability for CHI Development Group Ltd to develop into a significant bespoke developer in the region.

Our first major project in the region is Lime Tree Valley at Jumeirah Golf Estates

We are currently developing 121 luxury villas at Lime Tree Valley that forms part of the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates as a sub-developer to the Master developer, Istithmar Leisure.

CHI is developing the Andalusian style villas in two parcels of land, Lime Tree Valley East and West. Both of these parcels are located on the Earth golf course, designed by Greg Norman. Lime Tree Valley will become a desirable address not only because of its impressive Spanish style and interior features, but also because it will be built with the highest quality in materials and construction; a rare feature in Dubai.

The 8 villa types range in size from 4200 sq ft built-up to 7,000 sq ft with four to six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms on plots ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 sq ft.

Lime Tree Valley was launched in November 2006 with the release of the first 40 villas to the market. There have been two sales releases since then with closure of the sales books during March 07. CHI’s strategy was to sell up to 75% of the villas off-plan, with the remainder being sold only upon completion of the villas or after completion of the show villas (late 2007).

Site works will begin during May 2007 with completion and hand-over of the villas anticipated for the end of 2008.
